Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks

First time trying this. But I got to say the chicken is really good, especially with the spice. The crepe with egg and sausage was good too, but I just thought it needed a bit more sauce. The chicken was seriously huge. I'm thinking they should give an opinion for the size of the chicken, since there was only one size (which was XXL), and I couldn't finish it all.

Spageddies - Seafood Sizzlelini

I'm not a fan of seafood, in fact, I don't really like seafood. But this, was unexpectedly nice. Just the right portion for two people. The seafood were all beautifully cooked (well to me it was), though the pasta was kind of over cooked because it was placed at the bottom of the hotplate. Everyone should try this!! You can find Spageddies at Jem lvl 1 (just beside the entrance), at Orchard Central lvl 4, and at Changi airport T3.

So after going to China Town, we decided to go Clarke Quay.

Can u believe, there is a vending machine selling flats! First I've seen in Singapore, since Singapore is a very.... You can say upright and proper country that doesn't do a lot of funny things (Sadly D:).

Labour Day - PhotoShoot

So Yesterday was Labour day, and my sister and I decided to take out our cameras and go for a photo shoot around Singapore. We picked China Town and Clarke Quay; according to our grandpa, there would be a lot of random buildings around to take. Unfortunately in Singapore, there is very limited places with vintage looking buildings and places with lesser people. So here is what I took:

Dessert

So finally at China Town, we decided to sit down and eat dessert at one of the popular dessert shops. I ordered Mango Snow ice while my grandpa ordered green tea snow ice. They both tasted awesome. Though I was pigging, eating both portions. The green tea snow ice really tasted like Hokkaido ice cream.

Ma Maison

Visited Ma Maison at Bugis, because when the last time I ate there, I really liked it. Since last time I ate the Hamburg Steak, I decided to go for the Chicken curry. I didn't really like it though. The chicken were in such huge pieces, and the curry was way to strong. 

Twelve Cupcakes

Went to get twelve cupcakes again, because I really wanted to try the rose flavour. 

Twelve Cupcakes - Rose

It looks really nice!! And honestly, I was expecting some cupcake with rose fragrance. So this was a total let down. In the sponge, they just added rose syrup. The cream wasn't anything special either. It was just sweet, sweet, and sweet. 

Twelve Cupcakes - Strawberry Chocolate

This looked really appetizing too, so I got it. I really like the chocolate sponge. The cream was also good. This tasted a while lot better than the rose one. 

Twelve Cupcakes - Vanilla

With vanilla sponge cake and vanilla cheese cream, this is a full vanilla cupcake (minus the cheese part). Nothing really special about this. The sponge tasted like a normal sponge cake.
