Spageddies - Seafood Sizzlelini
I'm not a fan of seafood, in fact, I don't really like seafood. But this, was unexpectedly nice. Just the right portion for two people. The seafood were all beautifully cooked (well to me it was), though the pasta was kind of over cooked because it was placed at the bottom of the hotplate. Everyone should try this!! You can find Spageddies at Jem lvl 1 (just beside the entrance), at Orchard Central lvl 4, and at Changi airport T3.

go to: http://www.spageddies.com.sg/ for more information.

Strangers Reunion
So, following the cafe craze with all the teenagers, me and my bestie decided to give strangers reunion a visit. Just a side note; you can find all sort of cafe in these three websites: http://thecafection.com/ , http://www.ladyironchef.com/ and http://foodmakespeoplehappy.blogspot.sg/. So every table has this vintage looking bottle (filled with tap water). The place is small, and cram, and since it was lunch hour, and it was packed with people, our 2 seater table was definitely not enough for all that we had ordered.

Strangers Reunion - English Breakfast Tea
So I ordered English Breakfast Tea, and wondered why would tea be so expensive. Than I realized why when this whole tea set came. I'm sure this would be more appropriate if I was here for high-tea, but no, I was there for brunch. So this tea set kind of took up the large area.

Ham Hock Benedict
Both me and my bestie ordered the same; Ham Hock Benedict. I have no idea what is Ham Hock. But just to describe to you the taste, it taste a little like cheese. I really like the combination of all the ingredients on the plate. (sorry for the super blur picture). I've always loved eggs benedict. But sadly, my bestie's poached egg was a little under cooked.

Butter Milk Waffles
After the egg's benedict, we shared a mutter milk waffle with vanilla ice cream and sliced fruits. The Vanilla ice cream was awesome. It really complimented the waffle a lot, and kind of covered the over-the-top strong butter and milk smell from the waffle. The waffle itself wasn't that good, but the ice cream was to die for.
For people who want to eat only the waffles, there is a shop beside strangers reunion that sells their waffles only.

Korean Ramyun
After the satisfactory brunch we had, we went to orchard (since we didn't have anything to do), bought some stuff and ate again. We are at this shop at Scape lvl 1. It was just so tempting, even though we aren't hungry, we still ate.

Gyouza-ya
So the new robinson in orchard has opened! And in the basement, with all the cookwares, there are a few restaurants there. Two of them are japanese, and both by Akashi あかし. So there is a gyouza shop, selling mainly only gyouza. You can choose either the soup one of the fried one. I personally prefer fried ones because it's always that has perfect crispy-ness if well cooked. And yes, I really liked how they cooked the gyouza, but I thought that it was too salty. It's only normal for the soup one to have extra seasoning, since it's like boiled, but gyouza are meant to dipped into the sauce (i'm not too sure but I think it's some kind of soy sauce) with chili oil. But the moment I dipped mine into the sauce, it became too salty.

There is also a lack of variety of food in the menu, for main dishes, there are only two types of fried rice to be chosen from; the seafood one and the garlic one, and the only other main dish other than the fried rice is jyajyamian. I ate the garlic fried rice, which was basically just egg with garlic, but was quite nice.

Akashi - Sweet Potato Tempura
I love their sweet potato Tempura! It's like the most awesome way you can ever eat a sweet potato.

Akashi - Beef Udon
Awesome noodles, but not worth the price. It's such a small bowl. Though I really love the soup and the beef; the beef isn't over cooked and is tender. For people that don't really like the normal thick udon noodles, this noodles are like thin, flat, and super smooth.

4 Fingers
Finally trying 4 fingers. It's been the recent popular chicken/fast food place for Singaporeans. I shared with my friend a mixture of drumlet and wings in a 6 piece set box.
There is a choice of a soy sauce or spicy sauce, and unknowingly, my friend bought the mixed one - in which she though would mean some soy some spicy, but no it's just a mixture of the two sauce. The fries also comes in Kimchi or seaweed flavour, we bought the seaweed flavoured one.

So, the food came in this cute portable camping tin. The chicken seemed like there was very little meat, and lot more of the crust. But the crust was really crispy; would probably taste a lot better if it was a bigger piece of chicken. I love the sauce, but my friend was dying of spiciness; so for people that can't take spicy, take the soy sauce one.
The french fries, a disappointment. It wasn't even seaweed flavoured. There was no trace of seaweed at all. Prefer the shaker fries from Mc dolands and fries from Everything with Fries.

Spinelli
Dropped by spinelli to grab a drink and wait for my sister to finish her work (internship), with my mum. Bought the Sunkiss twist which was basically ice blended orange with vanilla. Weird combination, but somehow you can get addicted to this flavour. It's like orange juice, with a tint of vanilla smell.

Preparing for Christmas
Preparing the gifts for my grandparents for Christmas. Wrote them a small note, on a tag I bought from paper market, about the meaning behind the items I was giving them :P

Breakfast
Yes, Coffee Bean again!! Tried Eggs Bens for the first time. Loved the poached eggs, that does well with the saltiness of the ham and cheese. Though I think they have me way to much Ham. Ate all of this together with Earl Grey tea.

Coffee Bean - Country Breakfast
Had Country Breakfast with ice blended matcha green tea. It consist of Scramble eggs, toast, two hash brown, baked beans, sausage and salad. Honestly, It's quite filling. Though I don't really like the type of sausage they use here (I prefer the one they use in Break O' Day)

Takashimaya - RoseChan
In Taka, they displayed all their previous Rose-Chan statues. Some of them were really cute~

Lunch @ Fruit Paradise
Went to Fruit Paradise at Plaza Sing. Had Spaghetti, but (no offence) it tasted terrible. For dessert, had Mango Strawberry Fruit tart together with earl gray. the fruit tart was really nice. I loved the custard cream and the pastry.

Tea Break @ Na Na's Green Tea
Ordered this traditional matcha and a chocolate parfait (forgot to take picture). The parfait was really huge, and by the time i finished the ice cream, my whole tongue was numb. But both the tea and parfait was really nice.

Masks
Bought these from Gmarket (or now known as q100) Bought one black skull and one white cat. BY the time these arrived, the haze was gone. So I pretty much have no use for these anymore. haha, waiting for the next haze period.

Flats
Bought these flats from http://stunningsashay.wordpress.com/ they have an instagram acc too~ I bought these for $25. It has hidden 2cm heels.

Starbucks
Starbucks breakfast. Ham and Cheese Croissant with Green Tea Cream Tall.

Strictly Pancakes
Went to strictly pancakes for the first time. Tried Strawberry and Co. and honestly, it taste terrible. It was way to sweet and the pancakes were just not very nice. After I ate one whole pancake, I could not take it anymore. A huge contrast between the extreme sweetness of the sauce and the saltiness of the pancakes.

HOLIDAYS!
Finally tests are over! Was really really happy that the test are over, and is now moving on to the holidays. But I still got a few projects to do over the holidays, which sucks. And the following term is going to get harder. I was able to chiong thru this term's test. But I don't think I can do anymore last minute works for the main test. But Who cares for now? I'm so going to just enjoy myself during this holiday. Have so many things planned our for myself. (well not really, but is considering....)

Lunch
Was suppose to eat the Japanese buffet that was at 313 Somerset. But when we went there, it had closed down. So we went to eat Ramen Play that was on the same level. I ordered Spicy Minced Meat. I really like the fact that its spicy, and I like the noodle. But I didn't like the fact that the meat was sweet, and the portion they gave was too small for me. But overall, I really liked it.

Lunch
Ordered Matcha (Green Tea) Milkshake. I really liked this drink. There is a balance in the sweetness of the drink. The Whipped cream was sweet, while the milkshake itself has little or no sugar added, which gives the whole drink a really balanced taste. I like the way they presented this drink.

Kbox
We went to Kbox at Scape. Picked the K Happy and sang from 2pm to 5pm. Really enjoyed it. It came with two small bowls of tidbits, and two drinks per person.

Camera
My mum bought me a new camera. It's White!!! Haha, this camera was on sale, so ya... The pictures above were taken with this camera. Totally in love with this camera. I mean, it's white you know.

Keyboard
Also bought a new key board since the old keyboard's number pad was not working, and I needed it to work if I was going to be playing audition. Totally, don't really like this keyboard. But I guess I just have to get use to it. It does not really make a lot of sounds that I really liked to hear, and I don't really like the feel of it.

EwF (Everything with Fries)

Picture that was took quite long ago, but totally forgot to post up. Its from EwF. It's Fish Platter with Curry fries. I really love the curry fries. It's better then Mac Donalds. Just to warn people, the bread has butter in it.

TCC
Random pictures also from last time. Top one is Seafood Anglio and the bottom is Dark Devotion. Really love TCC for their Spaghetti.

Dolce Tokyo
Went back to this cafe at 313 somerset for my project.

Tea
This time round I just ordered a regular tea. It's called Gen Mai Cha. Totally did not know what type of tea is this, but because I wanted to try a new type of tea (since I've always been drinking english breakfast tea and earl grey), I just chose one that sounded the most decent. It comes in this cute tea set. It tasted kind of like rice, and it really has a milder taste to it. I'm guessing that you re able to refill it once? (not sure since I could not drink anymore then two pots of tea). The cup is really cute. It has like double layer of glass. All the tea under the tea section cost S$8.50.

Macha Panna Cotta
I'm guessing this is kind of like a Macha pudding. They have surround it with jelly and macha tea. Milky pudding with a scoop of red bean paste. I took a bite out off the pudding (since it was my friend's). It was really nice. I think there is a balanced of sweet and bitterness if you eat all of them together at once. Cost S$7.

Shiratama Kuri Mitsu
The one of the left is called Non-caffee Frappe Chocolate. Cannnot tell you how it taste like since I did not try it. But it cost S$6.50
The one of the right is called Shiratama Kuri Mitsu. It had Vanilla ice cream together with jelly and random fruits (Strawberry and blue berry). Cost S$9.00

Lunch
First time trying Popeyes. (or however you spell it as). Ate the spicy chicken together with cheese fries (the cheese comes separately with the fries). The fries and cheese really does taste like the one in long john silver. It also comes with bread. I really liked the fries and chicken (except for the fact that it's a little to dry compared to KFC), but the bread really taste like it has to much flour.
