Drips

This is the Drinks station where they make all the drinks.



Drink
Had Hand shaken Lemon Tea. Which taste like water with lemon and lime. Quite nice, but nothing special.




Tarts
When we got there, there was a very limited amount of tarts we could choose from. And honestly, I thought they they would have things like Pancakes and stuff like that (from the website). The three tarts here is Raspberry, pear and Mixed berry. Only the Mixed Berry has the custard filling.



Raspberry Tart
Honestly, it does not taste good. The tart was warm, which was weird. I was also thinking that it would have a custard filling, but they didnt have. The raspberry was also very sour. The pastry tasted a little uncooked.

New song from them. Nice song, but rap sucks.

Steam Boat
Had steamboat at my house. Used tom yum broth stock for the soup base.
Had Ramen, black pepper sausage, fish balls, Shabu Shabu, Mushroom, tofu and tofu puff. The shabu shabu, sausage and ramen.



Chocolate Cake
Friend made Chocolate cake. Used Chocolate chips, butter, cake flour, eggs and vanilla extract. We melted the butter and chocolate chips first and mixed them together. Than we beat the eggs till fluffy (which took awhile), and add the chocolate mixture in followed by the flour and vanilla extract. Than we stuck it into the microwave (since my oven didn't work).


Dessert
Added vanilla ice cream on top to balance out the richness of the chocolate cake. Was quite nice, minus the fact that it got a little dry and lacked the moisture.

Coffee Bean - Country Breakfast
Had Country Breakfast with ice blended matcha green tea. It consist of Scramble eggs, toast, two hash brown, baked beans, sausage and salad. Honestly, It's quite filling. Though I don't really like the type of sausage they use here (I prefer the one they use in Break O' Day)



Takashimaya - RoseChan
In Taka, they displayed all their previous Rose-Chan statues. Some of them were really cute~

Handmade Udon & Omurice Shop - Curry Udon
Tried this curry udon at plaza sing. Though I don't usually like Udon (since it's really thick and feels like there is a lot of starch), However, this on was really good. It was chewy, but didn't have that excess starchy taste to it. They also had Milk pudding for dessert (which was really awesome). 



Crepe
Tried this crepe at Plaza sing Basement level (just beside the MRT area) I ordered (forgot what the name was but) Chocolate banana. It has banana slices with chocolate syrup and little bit of nuts. At taste kind of plain at first (like there was not enough chocolate), but after a while the taste really grows on you.

Marina Square - St. Marcs Cafe
Ordered Strawberry Milk from there. It's basically just shaved iced with Strawberry Syrup and Frozen Strawberry Pieces on the bottom and Soft serve Vanilla ice cream with syrup. 
It's quite nice. I really liked the Vanilla Ice cream. Thought that they gave way to much Shaved Ice. 

Cooking


Pancakes
Finally cooking decent looking pancakes. I realized in order for to have a perfect brown surface, you must use a non-stick frying pan (cannot add oil).
